Step back in time and see how we make it! From the curing tanks, to the 2,000 lb capacity smokehouses, to your table--we will explain it all. Tours last approximately 15 minutes and end with a large variety of samples. Don't miss this event!
Come on down to the Deerfield Fair! We'll be there all weekend supplying our smoked goods for your tastebuds. Find us in the New Hampshire Made building.
